Cancellation Policy :-

During the months of December and January we require a 25% deposit to confirm reservation. This will be refunded only in the case of cancellation communicated and acknowledged by us at least one calendar month prior to the expected date of arrival. Cancellations advised less than one month of the scheduled date of arrival during December and January or no show during this period will result in the full cost being levied.
